This web page is a total scam, they forced you to purchase credits so you can send messages to people who in my opnion are total fake or at least they get paid to keep people active in this page. I was charged more than $30 for the service that I literally used one day, I attached a screenshot for this. Besides, if you want to check your purchases you need to ask for it to customer service which seems dodgy. I don't normally write reviews but I took the time to write this one because I'm very upset with the service of dating.com and I want to prevent others from using it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, DATING.COM IS A SCAM. I keep updating to let you know if I have received a refund.

Let me kindly assure you that we don't force anyone to purchase credits, it is completely up to you to decide if you wish to do that. Could you please clarify what makes you think that the profile on the site are fake? We fight hard against fake profiles and scammers. Please send us a link to a profile you experienced issues with to support@dating.com and we’ll personally check the profiles for you. Thank you for your comment about checking purchases, we will consider adding a feature that will allow you to check them yourself in the future.
