My husband ordered this product, 90 days worth and they said they would refund the $200.00 purchase price if he didn't notice improvement in his hearing. He did not notice any appreciable improvement and I contacted the company about 105 days after I had purchased, letting them know that we had lost track of the time and asking if they would refund the purchase price. When I contacted the company, I frankly did not expect a response, much less a favorable one. They were prompt in responding to my email and escalated my request up the line. They ultimately agreed to refund me half of the purchase price if kept the unused portion, or or they agreed to refund the entire amount, if I chose to return any unused capsules.
This company responded quickly, professionally and compassionately. I was really impressed with their customer service... a rarity these days. Thanks Phytage Labs customer service!
