After discovering the theme I bought 5 minutes prior was not compatible with my webhost, critical errrors, I I directly contacted the seller that there were problems. Turns out they don't care and have a refund policy stating I need to spent my money on another product. As a consumer I am in my rights, the aforementioned problems were not stated and considered a flawed product on my behalf.
Tip for consumers: Make sure to check for other sites with good themes.
Products used: A free product from another site, which worked right out of the box.
