I have ordered In the Swim products on Amazon before with success. I recently made another purchase thru Amazon for In The Swim. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item. As a senior citizen it is hard to read the small print on the items for sale. When contacting Amazon they state you must contact the seller. I've contacted In The Swim. Their policy is not to return products. How can they ship products but then state we can't receive returns. In the Swim makes all packages the same color and make it difficult to tell the difference. I would recommend to make chlorine base products one color and bromine based package another color to help tell the difference. I don't recommend purchasing this item either thru Amazon or directly thru In the Swim. Doheny's is a much more reliable company. Now I'm out $139.99. I'm on social security & this just makes it harder to make ends meet.
