Ive tried with no luck to get Markethair extensions to refund me
For wrong product
They duck and dived and did everything to waste time and made excuses after excuses
For their inferior product
And WRONG ORDER SENT

I saved up for my hairextensions for months
South African rand is now R17 to a dollar
So its expensive for us to buy hair.
Then to get wrong hair
And inferioir quality
They have been extremely uncooperative.
I ordered wavey hair, it arrived wavey. I had it installed and after a week when i washed it, it straightened out and looked like fake hair.
I immediately wrote to them and sent photos. Their response was: curl the hair!
My reply:
Hi Tony
I want a refund asap!
I can go out anymore as I look ridiculous
And you have the check to tell me to curl my hair
And that is "does not take that long"
Whaaaaaat?

This is getting ridiculous
Back and forth
Im sending same messages over and over:

What the hell?
I did not buy straight hair.
For a reason!
I dont have time to curl my hair every day!

It looked deceiving in the packet when it arrived. Wavey.
But the moment I had it installed it straightened out and now looks ridiculous with my own hair.
I wont stop.
I cant wear this hair and your 15% return wont buy me other hair!
You cheated me!
And I will make sure everybody learns about Markethair extensions and how they sell hair that is not same as advertised on webpage.

What's odd is that you have reviews on your site, yet one cannot post one.

This is my final correspondence on this matter.
I will accept not less than 80% refund for me to buy other hair.
This morning my son asked me why my hair looks like an African womans hair!
This is what my previous hair I've bought looked like. It looked blended with my own hair.
I always received compliments.
I eventually after a month reached out to Paypal.
After weeks of waffling and sorrys, market hair said they will give me a full refund.
ON CONDITION I RETURN HAIR TO CHINA IN SAME CONDITION AS I RECEIVED IT!
Wtf?!
I replied to both paypal and markethair:
Intervening HOWEVER i have 2 issues with this: "return item in same stage as received" knowing how Market hair extensions has managed my complaints so far, they are guaranteed to refuse payment, as the hair has been on my head for 3 months now and NOT in same condition! OBVIOUSLY. 2. The shipment will cost a fortune and take forever. If i use cheapest option South African Post office, I'm going to have a problem with the backlog created with our 2 month shutdown. I'm have my own business and i export ceramics. I have a pile of parcels on the floor that is waiting to be posted. According to Post office, due to fewer staff, this won't be resolved for many weeks still. If i send it via a courier, i will pay no less than 200 USD. Which will cancel out my refund! Once again Market hair has found a way out. THEY KNOW MY HANDS ARE CHOPPED OFF and I'm out of options. Does this seem fair to you? With our exchange rate in SA, this option is foolish i can send a photo of all the hair to you and them. Most of them still in my hair, but i wear it tied up, as it looks so fake when down. Please be LOGICAL in handling this case. You have read Market hairs ridiculous responses to me. THIS BY FAR TAKES THE CAKE. Is there a way i can escalate this to a small claims court?
To this date it been complete silence.
I have only given 5% of the communications i have had with them.
And they are sneeky and a scam.
