Online services are dismal. Telephone service during working hours is difficult as they're not knowledgeable, helpful or solution oriented. We've tried Cox and they're not great either. We were hopeful for AT&T but are wearing thin...

If you can find a company who provides internet and wifi service that's not AT&T or Cox, use them.
