Wow, what a service. I ordered a cheese for a birthday present but chose the wrong delivery date. The delivery day came and went, I chased it and realised my error. Then, to my astonishment and delight the owner (fantastic that he still answers the phone) went into overdrive pulling out all the stops to get my cheese to me on time. What a great guy, doing a great job, running a great organisation, delivering great products. What a refreshing change for internet sales! Obviously when the cheese arrived that was delicious too!

I used this company due to its 48 hour delivery option but 8 days on I still have not received my shed. The website offered me a Sunday delivery and indeed used that delivery date on the paperwork... when in fact nether the company or its manufacturer delivers on a Sunday.

Every time I ring Sheds World it's a minimum of a 20 minute on hold before I get to speak to anyone although admittedly the customer service agents have all been very helpful and apologetic.

The tracking system does not work if the manufacturer organises its own delivery so my delivery is still (hopefully misleadingly) saying awaiting shipping.

All in all a very poor, VERY misleading service... and I am still shed less!
