An elderly relative signed up for the service. No one was available in the area so they attempted to cancel their "subscription". Two phone calls later they are still being billed despite being told the subscription is cancelled. Now the phone number is not functional. Forced to contest the charge with the credit card. My relative is out $400+. SCAM!
