Booked two nights in fort myers and prepaid. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my paid reservation. Spent an hour on the phone with their support staff, mostly on hold, and was told they could not figure out how to fix the problem. Then said they could not refund my payment because the hotel would not approve a refund for a reservation they never received. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It was a truly lousy experience. Don't use these folks.
