The first order I placed with them everything went well. But the second order has been horrifying. For some reason Trendsgal had me jumping through hoops to follow their instructions and it didn't make any sense. I am a reseller so it is important to get the items I need. Three items in this order were damaged. And one of my most popular items were left out of the order. I called customer service and their response was very strange. The representative asked me for the sku and when I gave it to her off of their email she said it was the wrong sku. Then I gave her the name of the item for the second time and she said she still didn't know what I was talking about. She said she would send me an email and I asked her why when I was providing the information she needed. She said it was the wrong sku and she needed to send me an email. So I sent them an email with the picture of the item (per their instructions). And she said she didn't receive the email. And then she asked did I need anything else and hung up the phone. I later received a response to my email indicating that they would respond in 24 hours (unless it was a holiday). Then within 24 hours another response was sent and the email said they needed me to press a link and then they would respond in another 24 hours (unless it was a holiday). I will respond but this process is ridiculous.
