Ordered a $200 bathing suit from JW website; tried it on, looked awful on me, so I returned it a day after receiving. All tags were attached, as well as the liner inside. After 3 weeks I get an email stating they're sorry but they can't refund my item because it didn't meet their "conditions"? Was not a final sale item, bought directly from them. Can't even get a human being on the phone. They have an hour to call back before I open a dispute with my credit card company. Completely shady behavior from what is supposed to be a reputable business. Never again!
Tip for consumers:
Do yourself a favor - if you really want JW items, order them from a reputable site such as Saks or Nordstrom with great customer service -- anyone but JW. In these times when online shopping is bigger than ever, they'd do well to realize customers can shop and spend their money anywhere, not just on their site.
