I had a problem with getting delivery of an item I purchased from Amy Glick and Etsy seller. After Ms. Glick informed me she could not ship the item because of 'car trouble' and had not heard from her for almost a week I told her I wanted to cancel the order. I received am incredible verbal insults abuse from Ms. Glick, all delivered over the Etsy message system. After a couple of days of this Ms. Glick provided Etsy ( not me) with a tracking number. She had apparently shipped the item a day or so before told her I no longer wanted it. Etsy says if tracking shows it is delivered they will close the case. BEWARE, ACCORDING TO ETSY YOU CANNOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT AN EXPRESS AGREEMENT IN WRITING WITH THE SELLER. Etsy protects the seller so buyer beware.
