“Amazing workout!”

I have been at ILKB for over a year now and the results I have seen are far beyond what I wanted to achieve. Not only is it a full body workout but it also helps to clear your head and give you a positive mind. The ILKB Vaughan instructors have been amazing and I'm so glad I have choose ILKB as my second home.
