I am fighting both advanced Celiac and Crohn's diseases and am very limited in what I can eat and tolerate. My energy and overall well-being levels are usually quite low... I'm a super active 59 yr old surfing, SUP'ing, hiking, backpacking, cycling, rock climbing, mountaineering, motorcycling, etc. For the past two years I have had to stop participating in most of these activities due to lack of energy and strength.
