Invalid shipping date provided, Chat function not available on Saturday, and customer service does not respond in timely manner. The bed is fine
Poor customer service resonse...I had gotten an email that confirmed the date and time my new bed was supposed to arrive, I stayed home from work and waited that day, and when the bed was not delivered - I contacted customer service for an update. I then received a canned email stating "thanks for your purchase your new bed is being built and it would be a week or so for delivery" ...Still no response from customer service. The bed was in fact delivered and then a few days later customer service responded to my initial request with "we see you received your bed, etc"....seems so odd to me that there is no coordination from Wink. I received an email yesterday from "Dan" at Wink stating "we noticed you were looking at beds, can we help you with your purchase?" Meanwhile I have had the bed for over week...
