I used to be a Brighton devotee for decades. The last couple of purchases I have made from Brighton have been of poor quality. The bracelet my husband bought me for Mother's Day was a completely different color from what was advertised on-line. Brighton's excuse was that the beads were natural and would be a different color from what was advertised. Basically, "What you see is not what you will get." Instead of being a good, progressive company and offering me a discount or a coupon for a future purchase, they offered NOTHING, so their customer service is CRAP! They continue to follow their old system of refusing to offer any deals, discounts, coupons, or sales. No wonder the company is shuttering stores left and right. I refuse to support this company any longer.
