So far I've spent more than $******* on Amazon. I shop every week on Amazon, I'm a long time, loyal customer. There are times I made purchases and items looked very different than the picture on their websites. It does affect me sometimes but when they make mistake, they're always willing to fix the issue. Therefore, I can trust them and continue to be their customer. Trust is a big element in a seller and buyer relationship.

I thought I was the only one who got that experience. I paid for help with an assignment, they couldn't help me, the sent me an 'what the hell is that' kind of work. It was a mess. I did ask them to have someone else do the assignment or refund the money. They told me " I will call your school and tell your prof. Good luck getting kick out of school." I lost money and goods, but they'll never see my money again.

This is a pure scam. How they operate? They accept your assignment, get the money by Paypal, can't do the work and still after 2 days after still working on the assignment and don't want to return you money

My assignment was due on Saturday October 23,2016 at 8 PM. They send me an email asking for an extension I accept for October 23@ 10 PM. In my assignment sheet I included the answers of 3 of the 4 problems they were suppose to solve. I asked the "zexpert" to show details, tree diagram for the problems. Then I received my assignment with a 1% percent change in it and that change wasn't good at all, that has nothing to do with the problem's question. For the other questions he ignored some and others, he wrote down the answers I provided back to me. I was chokedddd, was so surprised. I sent an email and explained clearly that the "zexpert" working on my paper couldn't do it. Cause I gave him the answers, He just had to come with the details and the formulas to get there. They asked for and extension, I've sent materials, details info to help and guide the him. After 8 long hours, He send sloved one which came with different answers and didn't follow the questions. The assignment was beginning statistics, I gave out the answers, told him he has to do a tree diagram, which was clearly asked in the assignment, stiil he couldn't do it. My problem was that he was answering the question, like he didn't know what the hell he was doing. I asked for a refund and ask someone to review his answers, so they would know that he couldn't. They asked me to be patient and asked for an extension, I expained them at that point the assignment was late and can only give 2 hours, and I told there is no way the same person can do this statistics assignmen. I sent more info, explained that he has to used three for 3 of the problem, he went over one problem. I've tried my best, I didn't go to class thinking that I would sumitted before class ended. Then, the prof. Posted the answer and they were still working on it. Mind you it's statistic 101 class. As of now I'm writing this review they are working on it.

I went to Paypal and keep asking for my money this is the answer I got: Offer details: $34.00 USD refund, keep the item, and the seller will send you a replacement or part to resolve the problem.
As soon as a half of work is completed, could you please accept a partial refund? Please accept our apologies. Thank you.
