Okay, I purchase a dress and paid for priority shipping. Never received a dress when I asked about my product, they said they were out the office for a company Holiday on September 24-26. I requested a refund. They said 5-7 days. I contacted them two weeks later and once again, they replied they were celebrating a national holiday but it was October 4th. What Holiday? As, you see they either send the wrong product or no product at all and will not give you your money back. So please go to the BBA and put a complaint in. If they continue to receive the same complaints, they will eventually do something! They need to be stopped
