I bought a dress online for my 21st birthday from withchic and I was pretty scared after reading some of the reviews online. The dress came in about 3 weeks and it's absolutely perfect. It looks just like the picture although it fits a little weird; I ordered a small but I have a very small waist and hips so I might get it altered. The dress was only 26 dollars and it looks amazing

I have ordered a jacket and after 2 months no item is received. The shipping company claims the item has been delivered back to sender because they did not put my phone No. In the shipping address! And from now on, no feedback from Withchic customer service regarding my inquiry for refund or ship again. Horrible! Money stolen.

Takes several months to even get a fake response. Do NOT order anything from this website. It is fake.

I ordered 4 items on Feb 8th. Didn't receive any email about it shipping or expected arrival date, so I reach out to them via email, facebook, and instagram to attempt to get an update with no response for over 48 hours, so I reached out to paypal to dispute my order and that was the only way to get them to respond and all they keep saying is, 'wait more days' 'can't you just wait more days.' The product is still for sale in my size on their website - if it is sold out it should be listed that way so other people don't have to deal with this. After disputing my order with paypal, there is a 10 day waiting period for them to ship my items. They shipped 1 item so they could get out of the full refund from paypal and I am still waiting on my other 3 items with no estimated arrival date. I ordered the items for a wedding shower I have in mid March, so if they aren't received by then, I pretty much wasted my money and time on something I don't need or will want to wear again.

Bottom line - this is a scam - don't buy from them.

Placed an order June 20th, which is still not processed. Have emailed
(July 5th) and asked about the status and if I can cancel my order, but no response. (Also filled out a form on their website a week or so ago.) I guess I won't get my order not my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered a jacket, which came but it's too small and the sleeves are too short. I got online to chat with WithChic and they came online and when I asked my questions and made my request they (Linnie) just simply stopped all communication and never responded again. I have tried a few times since to communicate with them and they WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY DO NOT RESPOND. I'M TRYING TO EXCHANGE FOR A LARGER SIZE, OR if they don't have a larger one, RETURN THE ONE THEY SENT. NO satisfaction at all. Sue Bartlett

Caveat Emptor!
The bathing suit I ordered from WithChic didn't correspond with their sizing chart at all. It was much, much too small and also arrived outside their delivery window on 6/30, almost >2 weeks after the order was placed on 6/11/19. And although WithChic's phone number is in the San Francisco, CA area code, they are actually based in China. So despite the fact that they have a return policy it is functionally meaningless because the Buyer is expected to assume the hassle and expense of mailing return items back to China. And don't even bother with their useless customer service. When I emailed their customer service dept that the fit of the item is much different than described on their website I was told that the Buyer needs to "understand some measurement error, due to the difference between Asia size and USA size." Fortunately I paid with my PayPal account so I've beeb able to dispute the charge and get a meaningful resolution.

I wanted to give 0 stars! WORST! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY! The photos misrepresent what they are selling. The shoes I ordered took over 8 weeks to get and they are PLASTIC not leather! I wish I would have done some research before I ordered them. I dont think I can get my money back from them. BUT I AM GOING TO TRY! BEWARE!

Ordered adult small wouldn't fit a child. Ordered 3 dresses 2 came and 1 was out of Stock. No refund for the out of stock dress and no response to email for return label. This company is the worst! I wasted 100.00 American dollars. Never again.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT. FALSE ADVERTISING. FIRST TIME I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT I ORDERED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will share my extreme dissatisfaction will all my friends and family.
I cant even get a full refund and withchic wants me to pay additional fee to send them back the product so that they can only refund me back 5$. I justed wasted 23$ and they only refunding me 5$. What kind of scam are they running!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING! It's a complete scam from china. I have ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaids, which we returned straight away as the quality was shocking. We had to pay postage around £35 back to China. Then WithChic accused us that the dresses are dirty and use, while they never been worn only tried on. They also sent me a picture of one dress with a hole in it (like a cut). Unbelievable. I received my refund £10 short after long negotiation. Overall lost £45 for nothing and I am extremely unhappy with their service. I will never buy anything from them again!

After I brought my purchase I read some reviews and saw loads of bad comments so startled to doubt myself and regret buying my hoodie. However when it came (12 days later) it fit well and looks really good. The material could be better but it's not bad. Overall I had a pretty good experience with them.

I wish I had read the reviews on independent sites before I purchased from them. They lie about EVERYTHING from the fact that they are not really in California, but in China to the fact that returns are really impossible and you're stuck with whatever you've purchased. They give you fake tracking numbers, and nothing gets delivered in the time stated. I ordered a skirt for a Halloween costume that came past Halloween, was too small, and useless as a costume. I filed a complaint with PayPal, after many annoying emails with this company, and PayPal helps them get away with everything. Nothing about this company is reputable and Paypal should not let them continue to do business. These people finally disclose that they are located in China after you purchase from them-they act all sweet in their emails but have no intention of giving you any money back. They claim that you can return anything, but then tell you how difficult and expensive it will be because they're really located in China. I will make a note never to purchase from any online company unless I read all independent reviews first.

THIS WEBSITE IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THE SIZING IS COMPLETELY OFF. A SIZE SMALL HERE IS LITERALLY MEANT TO FIT A 7 YEAR OLD CHILD. I'M A SMALL HUMAN BEING AND THE ONE PIECE BATHING SUIT I ORDERED COULDN'T EVEN FIT UP MY LEG. THEY CLAIM THEY DON'T EVEN DO RETURNS ON BATHING SUITS SO THIS IS JUST ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOW THE PRODUCT TURNED OUT.

Ordered a dress for my granddaughter and paid 3-5 days shipping. Dress did not come on time and when reaching out to customer service on chat no response. Sent e-mail and still no response. Don't buy from here. Never get what is promised.

Ordered weeks ago, have only received the default/automated "thanks for your order" email. I have emailed them multiple times - no reply. No phone numbers. No address. This must be the equivalent of eBay purchases from Chinese "fashion" sites. Stay away :(

Address was in California but 22 days later my item has not arrived. I've asked customer service for a refund 3 times and they respond with "Item is stuck in customs". How? I'm in America, it was supposedly coming from America? Tracking number provided does not register either. No idea on dress quality as I haven't received the item and they refuse to honor a refund.
Stay away.

I bought a jacket from this website. It looks so nice so I decided to buy one. But when it arrived, it's completely different! The color and quality is so cheap! I bought it for 51 bucks for nothing! I want to request for a refund but they said they will give you only 10% of what I paid. Insane! I will never buy anything from this scam site from China! Do not order from this company! Awful product! Awful customer service! No returns unless you wanna pay the return shipping which is more than the product you buy! They offer 15% refund. That's it! AWFUL! Quality of the shoes I bought was comical.

Okay, I purchase a dress and paid for priority shipping. Never received a dress when I asked about my product, they said they were out the office for a company Holiday on September 24-26. I requested a refund. They said 5-7 days. I contacted them two weeks later and once again, they replied they were celebrating a national holiday but it was October 4th. What Holiday? As, you see they either send the wrong product or no product at all and will not give you your money back. So please go to the BBA and put a complaint in. If they continue to receive the same complaints, they will eventually do something! They need to be stopped

Item was poor quality and not anywhere near size advertised! In order to return it I have to pay shipping to China which would be more than double the cost of the item ordered! Never dealing with this company again!!!

I ordered this cardagan sweater for my best friend, after waiting 2 months it is garbage, doesn't look anything like the picture, and wouldn't put it on my dog, very expressive rags. Supposed to be a XXL and wouldn't fit a 12 yr old
