You all need to here this and this ain't the first time whenever you here the word assure watch out its scripted the best way of telling you what you need to hear and on to there next victim. Incompetent drivers that don't know there a** from a hole in the ground all I kept hearing i I assure you sir you package will be there today well it was out for delivery twice even after I called wanting to know where my package was they assured me it would be here then 5pm comes a get a text saying attempted I think attempted when I've been watching and waiting next day same thing I assure you it will be there assured turned into attempted when where I say I've been waiting so I can get my package didn't want it left outside and don't let them fool ya they leave it even though they say no. Been getting a round a package a week for a bit but anyway I say I'll come pick it up what do I do they say we shipped it back WHAT YUP 1 HOUR AFTER 2dn SO CALLED ATTEMPTED i was assured it would be here didn't see no reason not to pick it up then so be carefull don't even follow there own rules a regulations which says usually 3 attempt and notes on door saying what to do but that's if it was a real attempt and made it to your residence had the same address for 8 years no issues so not like a address update I guess as long as you can work a blinker signal on a truck you qualify for fedex WOW the worse and only going south from here but you don't have to believe me just look reviews and I will let people know till I can't function cause hate seeing people getting screwed over by Incompetent people and I assure you but I'm not just throwing that word out to shut you up so next time you hear that word from these people hang on your going for a ride
