I was having an issue with my computer, they checked it out for FREE and offered several solutions. I was surprised how inexpensive my options were, from upgrading mine to purchasing a different computer. While I was there they were helping an older gentleman and were explaining to him how to access certain items on his computer. They were patient and polite, a great change from the big box stores. Apparently they do not advertise, so I hope this review helps them get more customers.

On or about February 17,2023 I went to Bill's Lock and Key to have two (2) keys made for a commercial building so we would have a spare set. When I went to use the keys on or about May 15,2023 I found that one of the keys did not work. I returned to Bill's Lock and Key on May 16,2023 with the original keys to the building, showed them that one of the keys was not cut properly. They claimed that they did not make the keys, that I needed to return with the receipt. On Thursday, May 18,2023 I returned with the receipt for $17.78 which I printed from my Discover CC account. Again they refused to correct the problem and stated if I wanted the key re-cut, I had to pay. I have no desire to return to a business with such horrible customer service.

Rude manager, over priced. I just stopped by and wanted to find out what they charge, here is what happened: July 3,2023 at 1300 hours, I stopped by the location at 5400 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM ******* to find out what you charge for an oil change. The young man I spoke to told me he would first have to look up my car specs, when I pushed for an answer, he pointed to a sign stating that is the price based on a max of 5 quarts. At that time an older individual came out and admonished me stating I did not have to raise my voice, he was identified as a manager. I have a fleet of vehicles, but if that is the kind of attitude of their manager has, they will not get our business.
