On or about February 17,2023 I went to Bill's Lock and Key to have two (2) keys made for a commercial building so we would have a spare set. When I went to use the keys on or about May 15,2023 I found that one of the keys did not work. I returned to Bill's Lock and Key on May 16,2023 with the original keys to the building, showed them that one of the keys was not cut properly. They claimed that they did not make the keys, that I needed to return with the receipt. On Thursday, May 18,2023 I returned with the receipt for $17.78 which I printed from my Discover CC account. Again they refused to correct the problem and stated if I wanted the key re-cut, I had to pay. I have no desire to return to a business with such horrible customer service.
