I booked I flight through their website for a flight home (domestic travel) that unfortunately got cancelled due to COVID-19. With the restrictions lightening in my country I was looking to use the alleged "voucher" given to me for a new flight to travel domestically. For now 3 weeks straight they have been avoiding all my emails about re-booking my flight or providing a refund. I have sat on hold on their phone lines in hopes to speak with someone for over 2 hours with a no luck. I doubt I will ever receive my money back. NOT WORTH THE RISK FOR SUCH A POORLY RUN COMPANY!
