Customer service is horrible. My rep Faith made me feel horrible when I just wanted a response before the actual holiday. Their communication sucks, 2 hour hold for a costume? Purposely responds late to avoid accountability. Do not pay extra for shipping because you will not get it on time.
Tip for consumers: They will try their best to avoid a refund even if they have proof they delivered it to the wrong address. Just do it a chargeback and don't waste your time.
