Simply a joke - pure catastrophe. An absolute cheek.
Two weeks ago I moved into a new appartment and still have no network! Can happen to all providers - fair enough. The customer service is just the worst $#*! I have ever seen!. Have contacted SALT 7 times already and they keep saying I should have network. NO! They don't take you seriously as a person, and only when you start threatening them, things start to roll a bit. However, the problem is still not solved. Apparently, you can't set a termination date immediately - are you actually trying to make a complete fool of me? Not my problem if you can't guarantee the service you paid for!
TIP: Should def. Have listened to the feedback from friends!
