Lies about call back, do not honor what they promise, comes up with excuses to evade situations and questions, do not respond and reply to emails properly. Basically an organization which has a department to stall and waste consumers time. Extremely lousy as compared to Apple. Zero integrity to sell faulty products and not do official recalls, and Zero sincerity in reaching out to consumers who needs help.
