I ordered two pair of shoes on Sunday, Oct 22nd. Their site states it takes 2-3 days to process order for shipping so that means the order should have been shipped out on Wednesday, Oct 25th latest. On Friday, Oct 27th, I called and asked why they had not shipped, they said it will go out today. It didn't. On Monday, Oct 30th, I called and they said they didn't know why it hadn't shipped but now I had to wait another 10 days until Nov 9th to see if they would ship. I told customer service that Nov 9th, plus shipping time was past the due date that I needed the shoes and to cancel my order and refund me. She said they couldn't do that and I had to wait the additional 10 days. Also, I have never had a company charge my card before an item shipped but Nine West did. I just called my bank to dispute the charges with Nine West and my bank gave me provisional credit. It's funny that companies are very strict with their return policies, etc but when they screw up, they put the customer out. I'm am very disappointed with Nine West. I'll think twice about ordering from them again.
