Lost my phone. Bought a new one. I've been waiting 7 weeks for a new sim card. Qlink has left me without my phone number of 20 years all this time. Don't waste your time contacting them. Customer service will only tell you what's on your web account which you most likely already know.

Tip for consumers:
You pretty much get what you pay for here.
