“Horrible return process - unresponsive support team”

Update: The company has responded. As I said, their clothes are good, just needed better responses to return requests.

The company has good clothes and good responsiveness while your order is shipping. BUT, they have a horrible response rate for returns. It has been over one week of filling forms for returns and a daily email to Vivek, their support guy, to send me instructions. There has been ZERO response. It is completely unacceptable to have this lack of customer care. Buyers beware.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware that communication post delivery is a problem. Return process is not streamlined.
