“My overseas Marine taken for a ride”

. My son, a Marine in a foreign country, called 1-800-flowers to have roses delivered to his girl on 6-20-17 and still as of today no flowers and they aren't willing to make it truly right. They say they have a 100% smile guarantee and well they lied because their is no smile on mine or my Marine's face. The customer service reps on the phone were rude and condescending like it was not their problem. This Mama Bear is so upset right now. So if you need to send flowers i would strongly recommend another service
