I ordered of MyWit website. It was supposed to be in 'Very Good Condition'. It arrived badly packaged, loose in a box with pieces of plastic and the charger. I asked for an exchange but they said return it They said they would not pay for return shipping as it was 'Buyers Remorse', not acknowledging they sent a crap phone. They post a rosy return policy but its a bit of a scam. You can either keep the below standard phone they send or return it and eat the shipping costs. There are better companies to buy from, stay away from MyWit.

Per our message communication, you were provided with a prepaid return label as a one-time exception even though the reason for your return was buyer’s remorse. Typically, we do not provide return labels for devices returned for this reason as the device was properly shipped to your address, delivered on time and in the condition described on our website.
