I ordered T-shirts a few weeks ahead of time for an event. I paid for express shipping to make sure they arrived in time just to be safe (gave me a few days buffer). I checked the status a few times and all looked ok until the day they were supposed to arrive. At this point, there was an updated status of "still making" the shirts. On the day they were to arrive! No communication up to this point and now I don't have T-Shirts for the event. Disappointing since I had a few other options. I would have expected that an express shipping request would have implied a sense of urgency. Should have gone with another company. I won't be ordering from Zazzle again.
