My daughter received a gift card for Roblox for Christmas, when peeling off the foil to see the pin, the cardboard ripped off.
Because it was a Christmas gift, we do not have a receipt - I have emailed Roblox customer support looking for assistance- we have a partial pin, the gift card number, the location it was purchased and the month - Roblox support has sent the same email response to me five times. I respond to the email with the same information I sent before including pictures of the gift card, it's a cycle, no information, no assistance. There is no number to call.
My daughter loves playing Roblox which is why she asked for robucks for Christmas - how disappointing for her.
Will absolutely not be purchasing Roblox gift cards again.
