Paid 18.00 for a part, paid 27.00 shipping. They sent me the wrong part that I now need to return. They charge 8.00 to EMAIL a return label but since I live in Alaska they want 9.50 just to email me an address to return the part to (apparently it is an extra 1.50 to email an address to Alaska).
They will not provide an address that I can just write on the envelope to send back. By the time I pay for the label and more shipping it doesn't even make sense to return it. No wonder Sears is going out of business.
