I ordered the Beetlejuice blazer, which is absolutely amazing and mostly excellent quality. The one I received however, had a pink stain on it as soon as I received it. I started a return for it, and the CS rep I was working with through the chat function of their site was very helpful, Jessica B. She helped me through the entire return process, which at first seemed pretty painless. It's no Amazon return, and I had never bought anything from this site before, but initially it went well. Until the end - I paid for priority shipping to receive the blazer initially. In my opinion since I received a damaged product, I should have been able to do a straight across even exchange and not have been out any addtional money. That however, was not the case. After spending well over an hour in a chat box with this woman, she informed me she could not credit the shipping and that I would have to call the customer service line. I do not have any more time to waste on this, so I am leaving my experience to hopefully deter others from buying from this site and experiencing the same frustrations I am currently dealing with.
