We ordered food online for ugly tuna. The order online button appeared to be associated with the restaurant but it is not. We immediately received a text message that our order is being prepared, this was at 7:20pm. I then track our order and see the estimated delivery time is 8:20. At 8:30 I start tracking it and the delivery time kept pushing out. There was a note that our driver was at the restaurant waiting for the order. So, I decide to call the restaurant for an update and they had no order waiting nor any to go orders including our items. Next, I call delivery.com to inquire about my order. I just sat on hold and gave up after 30 minutes. Then at 9:34 I received a text that our driver is around the corner then another one that our food was delivered...which it wasn't.
The only way to communicate with them is through email and they refuse to refund my money. They state my order was delivered at 9:34. We have a Ring doorbell and can prove it wasn't delivered but they don't care.
This is a very dishonest business. Do not use or you'll likely end up like I did, eating a PB&J for dinner instead of sushi.
