I spent $100 to download Garth Brooks albums that I've purchased several times over the years... but have lost, had stolen etc... etc. This has been a nightmare to get into my iTunes(don't have it there as of yet). Ive tried time and time again to download the songs on my iMac with no success, I have several hours in this now. I knew I'd have to download them to the iMac, and then sync my Apple devices to have the music on them. Garth, what a terrable way to treat your fans dude! Suck it up and go with iTunes... it just works... and people love it! Sell all songs "album only" if thats what ya wanna do... but why subject us to this frusterating non-sense?!? Not cool. Very dissapointing. Ghosttunes gets an "F", probably more fitting would be a "0". I've spent a lot of $$ with Garth over the years, but it ends here... at least to close it out... he got me for an additional $100! Not bad GB! For(from)me it ends here though.

Tip for consumers:
Prompt customer service response! Unfortunatly there's nothing they can really help you with... but possibly assisting with a refund. The first hint with Ghosttunes is a couple of gramatical errors that I noticed.... I am very surprised that Garth Brooks is not only affiliated with this website, but also a partner in the venture. Maybe if iTunes hadn't set the standard.. maybe this would be expectable. It's far from the ease and smoothness of purchasing from iTunes.
