I also, amoung many others on here, paid money for Garth's music and have it disappear! Wtf Garth? I used to Love your integrity! But since lost a lot of respect!

So after paying $30 for the Digital Music Bundle, I can not access any of the music. I guess he sold his soul to Amazon and forgot about his fans that have already paid him for his music. What a terrible move, for the rest of the world, we call this stealing. I wonder if he even cares how many people he has disappointed over this selfish move.

I paid 30 dollars for the album bundle. You shut your site down with no way for me to access my purchase. You should have provided some way to recover your purchases. I'm a teacher and I spend a lot of my own money on my classroom. I can barely makes ends meet. This is sad.

I love Garth Brooks and have all of the hard copies of his CDs - but new computers don't even have CD drives, so I was looking for an option to stream/listen to his music while I'm at work. I spent money to buy the double live album and it's a mess. It plays songs twice, sound quality is horrible and I don't use it for any other music so I have go to the site just to listen (which I never do because it's so user unfriendly). Gotta go dig up my old CDs and find a way to burn them again so I can get rid of this nonsense :(

Been a fan for years bought your bundle pack on GhostTunes now it's July and I find out I was scammed out of 29 dollar bundle pack! You should make this right! Everybody that had ghost tunes accounts should get there money back or you transfer those songs to amazon since you cheated us

Paid a pretty penny for all of Garths music videos etc. I'm not on here much and you can't buy his stuff anywhere else. Tonight apparently there's a problem. Bull$#*!

I purchased the Garth Brooks bundle even though I have all of the CDS because I thought it would be easier and faster to digitally download the music than have to hook my device up to my computer and go through that mess. I use Apple products. It Turns out I had to hook my device up to my computer anyways and then download the music song by song (wouldn't work by album) and add it to iTunes. To add to this I was over charged for the album. I was charged $39.92 instead of the $29.99. Do not buy music from here.

Bought the $29 bundle no longer have it... should have had a longer transfer period and multiple emails.

Brought the No Fences album, it keeps stopping and starting. Won't let me download and it won't play the full album without me having to go in and press start for every new song. This website is a nightmare, super disappointed

I paid for all the Garth Brooks music and then the site closed and all my music is gone. Ripoff! I wish they had negative numbers as a review.

Was interested in buy some Garth music. I went to iTunes and couldn't find any, Googled it and found out I had to go to GTunes. The site was slow running, had many problems just getting around in it. The I Googled what's up with it and found this site, which runs smoothly. I love Garth but the site SUCKS! Maybe the same company that did Obama care designed it.

I spent $100 to download Garth Brooks albums that I've purchased several times over the years... but have lost, had stolen etc... etc. This has been a nightmare to get into my iTunes(don't have it there as of yet). Ive tried time and time again to download the songs on my iMac with no success, I have several hours in this now. I knew I'd have to download them to the iMac, and then sync my Apple devices to have the music on them. Garth, what a terrable way to treat your fans dude! Suck it up and go with iTunes... it just works... and people love it! Sell all songs "album only" if thats what ya wanna do... but why subject us to this frusterating non-sense?!? Not cool. Very dissapointing. Ghosttunes gets an "F", probably more fitting would be a "0". I've spent a lot of $$ with Garth over the years, but it ends here... at least to close it out... he got me for an additional $100! Not bad GB! For(from)me it ends here though.

Tip for consumers:
Prompt customer service response! Unfortunatly there's nothing they can really help you with... but possibly assisting with a refund. The first hint with Ghosttunes is a couple of gramatical errors that I noticed.... I am very surprised that Garth Brooks is not only affiliated with this website, but also a partner in the venture. Maybe if iTunes hadn't set the standard.. maybe this would be expectable. It's far from the ease and smoothness of purchasing from iTunes.

This website sucks, i got a "free" download, its free because nothing wil work properly, i strongly recommend finding a different music download site

I purchased The Bundle from Garth Brooks from ghost tunes because it seemed like a pretty sweet deal. They do not have a phone number for customer service, only email. I was having trouble getting my card to go through, so I emailed them. They responded right away. I figured out why my card was not going through, so I completed the purchase. NOW... I can download the music, it appears at the bottom of screen. I click it, and Windows Media Player opens with the following error:
"Windows Media player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."
I emailed customer service back and they are not responding. It seems like they just took my money and now that they have it, they are refusing to respond. I will be giving in 24 hours. If I do not have an answer I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
