Banggoog is a thieving company, I will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone, their customer support is like non existent.
In their books, there is nothing like a refund.
"When asked for a refund, they only answer me back with this: We totally understand your feeling and so sorry for the inconvenience caused."
Not explaining or anything why they won't give me my money back, just that they understands my feelings lol.
Here is what happend:
I made two orders, first one got canceled, so I made a second order straight after, and this time it worked, but the coupon that was used on the order somehow disappeared, so I basically paid 10.35 USD more than I should, this I found out after my purchase, when I double checked my order.
The mobile app which I used to pay this order on, showed the right amount of 91.76 USD, but when I checked back later on their homepage I saw that I got charged 102.11 USD, 10.35 dollars more than I should have.
They refuses to fix this and give me my money back, even though I contacted them straight after the purchase and they promised to refund me my money.
This is probably the worst customers support I ever had.

Below are some of the most common scenarios:
- The coupon has expired;
- The coupon has already been used;
- The coupon has a usage limit;
- The coupon code has been entered incorrectly;
- The coupon can not be redeemed on any of the products in your shopping cart.
Coupons can be used on specific categories, products or even just as part of a special promotional event.
However, they can not be used on products with a promo tag like the ones listed here below:
- Flash deals products;
- Products which are part of a special promotional campaign;
- Special drop-ship products;
- Products with a discount only for a limited period of time;
- Pre-order products;
- Products with a "VIP" or "CUT" tag
Moreover, if you still can not use a coupon, could you please send us a screenshot of the error message and the code of the coupon you would like to redeem? Please also send us the ID or the link to the product you are trying to buy.
