I knew what style/model of frames that I wanted, but did not want to pay the exorbitant prices I was quoted locally in the U.S. The price at EyeInform was the best, but was in Canada. I decided to take a chance. It was a good bet. From the time I placed my order, the quality of service was excellent. When the frames arrived the packaging and product were excellent. As a member of Kaiser, I took the frames to Kaiser to have the glasses completed. No hassle, everything went well. EyeInform followed-up to make sure I was satisfied. The credit card charge was as expected. Overall it was a great experience that saved more than 100 USD. I would highly recommend this site.
