So my first order was decent the majority of the clothing was good quality and I got rid of it pretty quick, so I decide to try it again and put a new order in. It was $500+. First i recieved an email saying it was delivered so I reach out trying to find out what's going on and all they could say was it says recieved, than they tell me to reach out to FedEx for a number that FedEx says doesn't even exist. I gave them the only info that FedEx gave me top give them and they just proceeded to tell me in every email that I need to obtain a record number, although I kept telling them FedEx said that there's no such thing. I live on the West side of Chicago. Can anyone tell me wtf was going on in July in Chicago?! Looting! Come to find out my package was signed Covid-19?! Who does that?! I've been messaging these people since July about my package and I now recieved a message saying it's been too long there's nothing that they can do, but they really never did anything to help me.
Dear So sorry for that. Since the FedEx website shows that your package has been delivered, we need a record number to investigate your package.
