I received mine today, it's almost Spring. The people who lives in Canada may wear such a heavy coat if it's in Summer, but I don't.
The product itself is no bad. And I think the delay itself is not an issue also, because of this was crowd-funding, not a shop.
BUT, I'will never touch this company again.
They ignored all the messages and questions I sent.
No Product, No Tracking code, No Message, No Information, I received nothing from them. I've nerver seen such king of impolite company before. Please imagine, you ignored after you paid.
I believe that a company will make not only product and/or service, but make trust with customers. But they think that the trust is trash, I feel.
You may find ony good article in their web/twitter/facebook, but plase search kickstarter article *******@NorthAware tag on twitter. You can find many many hate about them. That's customer's voice.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, your review here is very exaggerated and untrue. You only ever submitted ONE ticket to our customer support team it was answered by a customer service rep a few hours later.
We ALWAYS focus on building a customer base that trusts and loves us. Unfortunately with our Kickstarter and some of the delays experienced, people were not happy despite the communication with our customers. They were never happy from the beginning and those are the negative voices you hear. Don't let 500-1000 negative backers out of almost 9,000 deter you. The 8,000 backers who were happy remain quiet because they're happy and continue on with every day life.
