Beware of this service! I do not recommend working with this company. The workouts are very mediocre, so much so that I lost interest in them after 10 days. Although you may access this through the App Store, you will have no protection through Apple if you have any problems. For example, when I was charged without consent, BetterMe refused to refund my money, even though they could verify that I had not accessed their programming.
