Found Tee times at Atlantis and their web site took me to golf town to book. Seemed like I was booking then web page disappeared with no indication if it was booked or not. No reservation # sent. Decided I better try again and this time success. They booked me twice even though only one reservation had a reference #. Finally got a hold of them and the lady was more worried about making update all kinds of personal info rather than cancelling the time as asked. Then she made me temp password and was getting errors that their servers were busy and couldn't log me in. Then she tried. I was then starting to get upset that this was taking so long although did not swear or belittle her and she finally hung up. Thats service. They have no problem taking your money. Hope the golf course makes this right but stay away from using this app the position themselves as a tech company but the tech dont work. Whatever happened to calling a golf course to get a tee time. Why does it have to be a call center and some lady that doesn't know tech forcing you to give private information to her. How do I know they are protecting my personal data?
