My coffee table came with a dent after I called for the right one. The second one came with more dents and was worse than the first one. I called and sent picture again.they sent the third one again with a dent and smashed. After the third one when I called the customer service rep David said 90 days is over, and wayfair can't do anything. I asked to talk to manager and he said you don't trust me and hanged up on me. Called again different rep was nice, but still couldn't help because of policy. Eventually I have a coffee table with a dent. Last purchase from wayfair for us and our friends and family. I am sure they don't care anyway. I couldn't choose 0 star. 1 star is too much for wayfair.
