I ordered 2 swimsuits, 1 two piece outfit, 1 necklace, and 1 pair of sunglasses. I paid an extra 2 dollars for shipping insurance. Totaled at 50.58. Everything was going well, it shipped out quickly along with a FedEx tracking number. I tracked the package daily, seeing where it went. All of sudden it's stuck in Memphis, TN with a clearance delay. Confused on what the term means, I call FedEx and they say its stuck in customs and all they need is 2 forms filled out. They emailed me the 2 forms meant for the manufacturer to fill out. I send the forms to Zaful's support team. They send back a totally different form. Not helpful. Next day, I get a message from Zaful saying my package has been destroyed and I can get a 20% refund. What? That's 10 dollars and I've literally never even touched my package. I'm currently still disputing this but I've had to go out my way to contact FedEx and Zaful as they should be communicating to each other, not through me.
