I had a Shipt account for my elderly mother. She no longer needs the account. I have tried to cancel this account 4 times online. I was repeately told to call them. I kept receiving a monthly charge for the account even though I requested to cancel the membership. I DID call and got a live chat who sent me to someone, who sent me to someone else. They actually questioned my reason for cancelling. Well... gee, Mom died. OKAY!?
