First time ever ordering from this site, I wrote a message in regards to my package being missing. I'm aware there are people who steal packages. The customer service rep questioned why I waited days to report when I have been dealing with family health issues and going back and forth in the process. Interesting enough they told me to file a report which I did. Even after the fact of having it overnight shipped. Very poor customer service in my opinion questioning a person time perception instead of finding a solution to the issue when I'm out lingerie and my money.
Hi Kirby I am sorry to hear you cannot locate your package. We asked why the delay if your package tracking shows delivery an extended period ago.
