I ordered a dress from Zulily and it was the wrong size. I called customer service and they put a full refund on my credit card and when I asked about returning the dress to them, the customer service rep told me to donate the dress to a local charity (e.g. Thrift store, goodwill, etc)! How amazing and selfless is this company. Although they only lost about $30, many thriving companies would never even think about donating products that their customers either weren't pleased with, or in my case, just didn't fit. This was my first time ordering from Zulily but most definitely not my last! Way to go!
