I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE MY REWARD POINT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING...SYSTEM NEEDS TO CHANGE TO MAKE IT AVAILABLE WITHOUT WESTING FEW DAYS IN EMAILING AND GETTING POINT CARD BACK. COME ON ITS TECH DAYS AND ALL OTHERS DOING IT. UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE PLEASE.( customer service was not good too)
